Building arrangement and layout

Buildings will mostly be three to four stories high and will frame Business Avenue so there will be 30 meters between buildings. This frame and the moderate building height will create an attractive space as well as shield pedestrians against winds. 
 
The avenue will arch upwards in a great bow. The buildings will form the shape of a stairway in two directions, both along and across the avenue. This arrangement will open the view. This gradual rise of the avenue adds further to its diversity, for in such an arrangement the building façades do not form a single monotonous line.
